Argus readers have shared pictures of their Halloween decorations.
People got into the spirit of the spooky season with some very imaginative scenes.
Among them were Paul Mannix and his partner who are hosting the Patcham Pumpkins Haunted House Show at their home in Highview Avenue North, Brighton.
Entry is free and, as the photos show, there are a lot of animatronic decorations to boost the fear factor.
Paul said: "As a couple we love calling the spooks and spirits every Halloween to bring lots of spooky cheer.
"I programme the theatrical show and create some of the animatronics.
"It takes a full year to create the show. We have ideas for next year already as we improve the show each year.
"We love Disney’s Haunted Mansion, Beetlejuice, Hocus Pocus, Ghostbusters and the Pirates of the Caribbean so we bring that to our Halloween display.”
Last year the Haunted Housed raise £800 for City Cat Shelter.
