Josh Widdicombe is bringing his trademark comedy to the Eastbourne stage for one night only.

The comedian will perform at the Congress Theatre on Friday, September 26, as part of his latest UK tour, Not My Cup of Tea.

Known for his appearances on Channel 4’s The Last Leg and his hit podcast Parenting Hell, Mr Widdicombe’s show promises an evening of classic observational humour, delivered with the self-awareness and wit that listeners of his podcast will recognise.

He said: "There's a bit about children's parties and party bags.

"I take a huge pride in the banality of the topics I talk about."

Tickets for the show are £33 and can be booked through eastbournetheatres.co.uk or by calling the box office on 01323 412000.

The tour title, Not My Cup of Tea, reflects his growing appreciation for the everyday, smaller things in life—especially those that are unmistakably British.

Josh has spent 15 years in stand-up, earning acclaim for his relatable style and dry delivery.

His comedy focuses on the humour in daily life, steering clear of current affairs in favour of stories that are universally relatable.

In addition to his stand-up career, he co-hosts the Parenting Hell podcast with Rob Beckett.

The podcast’s success led to a 2023 live arena tour and a Sunday Times bestselling book.

He also appears as a team captain on Sky Max’s Rob Beckett’s Smart TV and co-hosts Sky’s Hold The Front Page.
