Katie Price has said she “cannot wait” for the release of her new single.
The former glamour model, who grew up in Brighton and now lives in Haywards Heath, is releasing Best of Me on October 3.
The single features Lady Ice and has been produced by Shaye.
Price, who is currently on tour with Kerry Katona, took to social media to share her excitement about the upcoming single.
“Four days until my single drops everywhere,” she said. “Cannot wait for this. The amount of love and support online is incredible. Please pre save and let’s get this to the charts.”
Katie Price's 2017 song I Got U experienced an unexpected resurgence, reaching number one on the iTunes chart in late August – something the mum-of-five called a "childhood dream come true".
The huge surge in downloads was driven by fans rallying behind her amidst rising tensions with her ex-husband Peter Andre and the father of her son Junior and daughter Princess.
The 47-year-old said on her podcast, The Katie Price Show, that she was “very, very upset” to have been excluded from the filming of her daughter’s reality show, The Princess Diaries.
But the former reality star confirmed there was “absolutely no rift” between her and Princess.
“We get on like best friends, mother and daughter,” she said. “Princess lives with me and she stays at her dad's. She's been staying at her dad's the past two months because she's been filming her show. Our personal life together is amazing."
Following the podcast, Andre hit back at his ex-wife’s claims.
In an explosive statement, he said: “For sixteen years, I have stayed silent in the face of repeated lies from my ex-wife and her family, out of respect for my children and loved ones, but staying silent has been incredibly frustrating. That ends today.
“The latest comments about my children's welfare and living arrangements compel me to se the record straight. For well-documented reasons, and for their safety, Junior and Princess came into my care in 2018 and remained with me until they reached adulthood.
“In 2019, the family courts issued a legally binding order to enforce this arrangement. I have never made this public before, out of respect for my children.”
