A legendary club night is set for a major comeback.

The Bugged Out Weekender, a staple of the UK’s electronic music scene and held at Butlin’s in Bognor Regis from 2012 to 2016, will return in 2026 after a decade-long hiatus.

The festival will take place from March 6 to March 9, 2026.

Known for its pool parties, the event has previously featured some of the biggest names in electronic music, including The Chemical Brothers, Bicep and Four Tet.

The 2026 edition promises another packed weekend of cutting-edge electronic music, with organisers celebrating 30 years of Bugged Out as one of the UK’s longest-running club nights.

A spokesperson for Bugged Out said: "After a ten year hiatus Bugged Out are BACK for another big weekend session from March 6 2026.

"The Blessed Madonna first appeared for us at the 2016 edition and made a huge impact.

"In the last decade, she’s become one of the world’s biggest DJs.

"It feels like there couldn’t be a Bugged Out Weekender without Artwork, a welcome staple of the event from 2013 to 2016.

"He’s had more eras than Bugged Out, making techno as Grain (the first ever Fat Cat release), dubstep as Magnetic Man, and he’s now an absolute master of disco and house."

The 2026 line-up already features big names such as Daniel Avery, HAAi, Helena Hauff, and Erol Alkan.

New additions include The Blessed Madonna, Shanti Celeste, Luke Una, Braxe+Falcon and Bugged Out’s original resident DJ, James Holroyd.

Artwork, another fan favourite and a regular at previous editions, also returns to the bill.

The spokesperson said: "Josh Caffé released one of our favourite albums of 2023, the deep sexy house of Poppa Zesque, named after his hedonistic alter ego.

"We are also hooking up with Snap Crackle and Pop to present two amazing bands.

"Decius draw on acid house, dirty disco and techno – the four-piece have one of 2024’s best albums under their belts and comprise Quinn from Paranoid London, Lias from Fat White Family and Trashmouth founders Liam and Luke.

"Factory Floor were formed 15 years ago by Gabriel Gurnsey – they made a welcome turn last year to Phantasy records with the track ‘Between You’ and Nik Colk Void on vocals."
