A wedding venue has been named a finalist in a national customer service award scheme.
Alfriston Gardens, in East Sussex, has been named a finalist in the Guides for Brides Customer Service Awards 2026, which recognise wedding businesses delivering exceptional service based entirely on real couple reviews submitted on guidesforbrides.co.uk.
Nikita Thorne, head of strategy at Guides for Brides, said: "Exceptional customer experience has never mattered more.
"Couples are more informed, more selective and expect transparency, care and consistency at every touchpoint.
"These awards recognise businesses that don’t just meet expectations but raise standards across the industry."
Alfriston Gardens is known for its "picturesque South Downs setting." and the venue has also received praise in other national award schemes.

It has been named a finalist in the UK Wedding and Honeymoon Awards 2026 under the UK Wedding Venue Grand category, and was recently awarded Highly Commended for Best Barn Venue in the Southeast at The Wedding Industry Awards 2026.
