A man is in hospital after being stabbed in a park.
The attack happened at around 2.45am on Saturday (February 28) - sparking a police investigation to find those responsible.
A statement from Sussex Police said: "Officers are investigating a report that a man was stabbed in Victoria Park, Worthing at around 2.45am on Saturday, 28 February.
"Two men were reported to have attacked the victim after a brief interaction in the park. This left the victim, a man in his 40s, with significant injuries.
"He was immediately taken to hospital and remains there in a stable condition at this time.
"The suspects are described as approximately between 20 and 30-years-old, white, and wearing grey tracksuits with their hoods up and faces covered."

Detective Sergeant Harry Mansbridge, said: "Officers are carrying out a number of enquiries in the area to establish exactly what happened, and to identify who is responsible.
"We are asking anyone with relevant footage or information to get in touch. Any information could be key."
