A charity is inviting the community to enjoy a day of family fun while supporting a good cause.
Sussex Emmaus will host its Spring Fair in Portslade, Brighton on Saturday, March 28, from 10am to 4pm, raising vital funds to support people on their journey out of homelessness.
The event will feature music, seasonal food, shopping and a chance to experience the Sussex Emmaus community in action.
Rachida Zitouni, Business Manager at Sussex Emmaus, said: "The Spring Fair is one of the highlights of the Sussex Emmaus calendar. It’s a wonderful opportunity for the local community to come together for a fun, family-friendly day while supporting people on their journey out of homelessness. We are delighted to show visitors how much is created and nurtured here, and to invite them to explore our beautiful site. Companions, staff and volunteers/ are looking forward to welcoming everyone and sharing everything the charity has to offer, from its shops and upcycled furniture to the café and entertainment."
Visitors can take part in an Easter Egg hunt, enjoy DJ sets, browse the Vintage Emporium and watch upcycling demonstrations.
Sussex Emmaus is based in Portslade and provides housing, support and meaningful work experience for people who have experienced homelessness.
