A major food festival is set to return with a fresh helping of culinary flair.
‘The Big Nibble’ will take place on Sunday, September 6, from 10am to 4pm in Horsham’s Carfax, promising a lively celebration of Sussex food and drink.
The event will feature a bustling food and drink market, live cookery demonstrations from top Sussex chefs and family entertainment.
Horsham District Council has encouraged people to visit its website at horsham.gov.uk/big-nibble for updates, and producers interested in trading at the event can apply via the Food Rocks website.

Jonathan Taylor, Horsham District Council’s cabinet member for enterprise and property, said: "I am pleased that we are returning with yet another fantastic event to champion some of the delicious food and drink that Sussex has to offer.
"Supporting local producers is not only important for boosting our local visitor and rural economies but also contributes towards reducing food miles – the distance food has travelled to get to our plates."
The festival will also include a special showcase of Sussex honey products, marking 100 years of a well-loved honey-loving bear.
Alongside the Big Nibble, the Horsham Tap & Vine Takeover Weekend will see 17 pubs and venues across the town celebrate locally produced drinks.
