The green room was busy today...lots of press advice given and I’ve been meeting loads of participants and performers; it's nice to see how it's going for everyone – and important too. The green room is an ideal place to get fresh and honest feed back from performers, if the Fringe didn’t get that we wouldn’t know how to improve.

I went to the Sea Life Centre to see Lou McCurdys exhibition, which was an instillation in the shark tunnel with plastic rubbish all over it. This meant the public had to look through the rubbish at the sea life, it was very strong message.

I joined the RSPB and did my bit; it really makes you think about what’s in the sea. Lou told me there is a swirling island of plastic in the pacific which is the size of Texas! Green Peace call it the Trash vortex! See this link for more info www.greenpeace.org.
