A man walked away after being hit by a bus.
The pedestrian was walking across Beaconsfield Road at Preston Circus, in Brighton, when he was hit by the bus at about 6.45pm.
Eyewitnesses said the man was not looking where he was going and did not notice that the traffic lights had changed.
They said he jumped up and walked away after being knocked down by the Brighton and Hove Bus and Coach Company vehicle.
