In these days of doom and gloom and Brighton looking as shabby as ever, I would like to say what a huge effort the shops and businesses of Shoreham have made with their Christmas lights and decorations.
As the evenings have been cold and clear, the blue of the lights on Coronation Green and the banners on the lamp posts have made it really attractive continuing through the town, past the church of St Mary de Haura and round to the station.
