Another good performance and bad result which leaves Brighton in relegation trouble at Christmas.

A 93rd minute goal meant that Albion lost once again on there travels in the league and it looks like it will be a bleak New Year. Forster came nearest with a shot that came back off the post, Fleetwood was also brought down in the box and it was a clear penalty. But it was a shot from Moore which hit the post, the ball fell to Shuker who shot, Sullivan saved and Kay followed up and smashed it in.

A disappointing end to an OK week, a week which work officially started on Falmer - only two more years to wait - and also beating Shrewsbury on penalties to reach the JPT Area Final. But the January transfer window is nearly upon us, we need some good players to come in and also some to go.

I think that players to go should be: Steven Thomson - he's too negative, we need a bigger stronger attacking midfielder.

Gary Hart - sorry mate just no place for you in the side anymore.

Jonny Dixon - what was the point in having him?

I think we need to try and sign: One defender - a big strong central defender (oh, we have one of them on loan at Forest) Three midfielders - we need better wide men and we need two strong Attacking midfielders. Johnson would be good but I doubt we could afford him.

Two Strikers - Fleetwood being one of them but we need another strong Heskey-type player (oh we had one of them in Bas Savage).

Whatever happens Micky needs to get some good players otherwise he will be out!!
