Coldean store's could close after serving under 18's.
Shopkeeper Nasser Bandar who has run the shop for the last two years has decided to shut up shop after staff were caught selling to youngsters. Mr Bandar said nobody wants to sell alcohol to people under age, but kids today look older and when the shop is busy mistakes will happen.
The shop keeper was caught after Sussex Police sent teenagers into 300 Brighton and Hove pubs and shops between January and March to test if the law was being obeyed.
