With arm muscles that could crack walnuts and abs that could grate cheese, the competitors in the Fame Britain fitness model and bodybuilding championships don’t have to worry about getting their shirts off on the beach.

This year’s competition is coming to Brighton for the first time, and as well as promising spectators the chance to see some impressive looking athletes there will also be volleyball competitions on the beach and a seafront barbecue.

Natural fitness and bodybuilding federation Fame Britain will be awarding prizes including modelling contracts, clothing and photoshoots to winners in classes including natural bodybuilding, fitness model and bikini model.
