Comedian and actor Eddie Izzard was in Brighton yesterday to watch Gordon’s speech – and chat to Labour activists in the bar of The Grand Hotel afterwards.
The Argus can exclusively reveal that Eddie’s favourite thing about Brighton is… “the sea”.

Izzard, who recently completed 43 (yes, forty-three) marathons in 52 days, has announced plans to enter politics within the next 15 years.
