So it is claimed Brighton and Hove is the plastic surgery capital of Britain (The Argus, December 12). Almost one in ten residents are said to have gone under the knife. I wonder who could be responsible for that trend?
Hopefully citizens will not take offence if visitors appear to be staring at them. They will just be trying to establish if residents are for real.
