For the umpteenth year I visited the Airbourne Show this year and had a lovely day until I tried to get back to Brighton in the early evening to find Eastbourne Station totally blockaded.
It took three hours to get home which took the gloss off the day.
Congratulations to Eastbourne Council (take their money and forget them).
Congratulations to Southern (who needs more than four coaches or additional trains).
Congratulations to Sussex Police (for a superb impression of jobsworth and rudeness)
Never again.
