Venture Finance, an invoice and asset-based financier, has announced the promotion of Sandeep Nighoskar to its board.
Sandeep will oversee its financial planning and control department, its credit and legal department and the international department.
He joined the Haywards Heath-based company in 1994 as a financial accountant and went on to become financial controller and company secretary.
During his time at Venture he has qualified as a chartered secretary with the Institute of Chartered Secretaries and Administrators.
Tony Cox, managing director, said: "His continued success and dedication to the company has enabled Sandeep to move from accountant to director level and his promotion is well deserved."
