Boss John Maggs was fuming after his Horsham side crashed 4-1 at Bromley.
Hornets had Eddie French sent off for bringing down an opponent when he was the last defender and Maggs' No. 2 Tommy Warrilow got his marching orders for complaining about the decision to an assistant.
Stuart Hardy had levelled Danny Arkwright's 18th-minute opener, but Solomon Taiwo put Bromley ahead from the free-kick which followed French's dismissal. Goals from Mark Watson (45) and Arkwright (88) completed Horsham's misery.
Maggs said: "The three officials were absolutely awful, even their bench were disgusted with their performance.
"Eddie got sent off for no more than a tangle with their guy and when they scored from the free-kick it was always going to be hard work."
