Construction group Rok Property Solutions announced record half-year results as profits soared by 26 per cent to £4.3 million.
Rok, based in Gatwick Road, Crawley, said turnover increased by 24 per cent to £213.5 million for the six months ending June 30.
Earnings per share were up 31 per cent to 15.4p.
Area director Terry Nitman said Rok's offices in Brighton and Eastbourne, which still operate under the brand name Llewellyn, had contributed significantly.
He said: "The innovative and refreshing approach of Rok, coupled with the reputation of Llewellyn, has been well received within the local market and bodes well for continued success.
"We were appointed as a strategic partner with Brighton and Hove City Council on the Goldstone Partnership and have already completed one school project in Hangleton, with another two due for completion at Longhill and Goldstone Schools."
