I readwith great concern about the ongoing dispute of the fire service. My daughter is a firefighter at Preston Circus, Brighton, and part of a dedicated team.
The public must surely realise the essential service that is carried out by the teams of firefighters, not only at fires but floods, major accidents on our roads and too many more incidents to mention.
To cut down on this service would be a major mistake.
My daughter and the rest of her team work very hard and are called out many times during the night.
