The Albion's magnificent victory over Bristol City owes much to the enthusiasm of the supporters. They have stood by their beloved Seagulls through thick and thin. It should persuade John Prescott to grant permission for the new stadium at Falmer.
If he was watching the match he must have been impressed by the determination of the Albion team, supporters and management to get their new ground.
By their behaviour and enthusiasm for their team, Albion fans have shown you can enjoy football without resorting to violence and besmirching the good name of the team.
