I have no complaints about the postal service but we shouldn't blame the postman or woman for the Royal Mail's poor performance.
Few people would want to start work at 5am in the wet or snow for just over a fiver an hour.
A company is only good as its managment. One of the problems this organisation has is that it recruits very young managers with qualifications but with few and limited life skills.
The only way to motivate the workforce is with good pay and working conditions.
