It was very encouraging to read that Rory Love, Conservative parliamentary candidate for Lewes, supports Albion's plans for Falmer (The Argus, April 5).
Perhaps Mr Love and Nicholas Boles can persuade Sussex Conservative MPs to sign the pro-stadium Early Day Motion that many other MPs have already backed.
It would also be interesting to know whether Liberal Democrats on Brighton and Hove City Council still support the stadium.
Have the city's Lib Dems been waffled into submission by Norman Baker and the Lib Dem councillors of Lewes, who dismally fail to understand the benefits this stadium will bring to the area?
