Councillor Peter Willows is right to speak out about Brighton and Hove's appalling record of sporting facilities. (Letters, December 10).
Patcham Place's wooden dressing rooms burnt down four years ago and have still not been replaced and Woodingdean's Happy Valley dressings rooms aren't fit for a dog to reside in.
Only when I step into the new football stadium at Falmer or the new ice rink at Black Rock will I feel things may be changing for the better in this city.
