Second division promotion chasers East Grinstead entertain first division leaders Firebrands in another fifth round clash.
Player-coach Kwan Browne said: "Not only is it a perfect chance to reach the last eight, it is also a measuring stick for us because Firebrands are in division one and that is where we want to be next year.
"They are going for promotion, like us, and if we can cope with them it will show we can be pushing for a return to the premier division next season."
Grinstead will be without Trinidad and Tobago international Dwain Kuan Chan who has gone home for Christmas.
Brighton visit second placed Staines in South Premier division two with skipper Carlo Missirian looking for maximum points.
They also play at Maidenhead next Saturday and Missirian said: "If we win both of those we will be second at Christmas. Even if we lose, people could argue we have had a really good first half to the season."
In division one, Neil Pendle could have a run-out for Chichester away to Spencer (Wandsworth) although he is unlikely to start. Pendle is back in the squad after a knee operation.
