Like many people, I no longer believe the USA is a democracy.
The evidence of vote rigging in Florida is overwhelming and leaves the indelible impression that the Bush administration was selected rather than elected.
The situation could be resolved by calling in UN observers to monitor the voting process at the next US election as they have done in Rwanda and other countries struggling to come to terms with the democratic process.
