Two West Sussex estate agents have merged to form one of the largest independent firms of estate agents and surveyors in the area.
Henry Adams & Partners merged with Burford Jordan on Monday and will operate initially under the name of Henry Adams: Burford Jordan.
It has 14 offices across Hampshire, London and West Sussex including Storrington, Billingshurst and Pulborough.
Residential estate agent Burford Jordan was founded in Storrington by Philip Jordan, who was joined in the partnership by Bill Aitkenhead in 1997.
They expanded their business into Billingshurst in 2000 when Richard Baker joined.
Chartered surveyor Henry Adams & Partners, which has its head office in Chichester, has expanded rapidly in the past ten years.
All the partners will be continuing with the new merged business.
