Babel Media has been recognised as the best outsourcing company in the UK videogame industry.
The Hove-based company won the award at the inaugural Develop Industry Excellence Awards.
It was sponsored by the trade magazine, Develop, to recognise the talent, innovation and imagination behind games and games technology.
Managing director Algy Willams picked up the prize at the Royal Garden Hotel in Kensington, London, and paid tribute to everyone at Babel.
He said: "This has been a great year for us and it's always gratifying to be acknowledged by your peers.
"Everyone at Babel has worked really hard for this and I hope this award will be the first of many."
