I say take no notice of Richard Goodliff's rant against Jordan (Letters, August 8).

What harm can a little touch of glamour do among all these important but depressing stories of litter, dangerous roads and government and council incompetence?

The people of Sussex are desperately in need of some distraction from these issues and who better than the glamourous Jordan to brighten (or should I say Brighton?) up the pages of The Argus?

As for the speculation as to whether she is getting married, good luck to her if she is and I'm jealous of her husband-to-be.
