A clocking-on system was being introduced by British Airways today following an agreement with unions which ended a damaging industrial dispute.
Passengers suffered travel chaos after the airlines check-in staff at Heathrow staged a walk-out earlier this month in protest at the new system.
BA confirmed last night the system would start at Heathrow and Gatwick.
