Once the "tab" is fitted to cars, it won't be long before it is fitted inside humans, as is now done to animals.
People think they are free to go about their lives with nobody checking up on them.
But every Government agency, bank and retailer knows that once you've used your credit card you have been "marked".
The NHS, DHSS, DVLA, CSA, the Passport Office, Post Office and banks do talk to one another in "avoidance" of the Data Protection Act and freely pass on information about people.
The intelligence agencies also track those who are seen as anti-government.
Big Brother is watching.
