There always seems to be controversy about dealing with the mountain of rubbish we create.
Maybe we take things for granted when they are being well done. I live on Hove seafront.
The weather has brought thousands out to enjoy the lawns and beach and, boy, do they leave litter.
But from early in the morning right through the day there seems to be a cleaning operation.
The workers do not get everything - how could they? - but they make a difference.
