There is a menace on the streets which is worse than winos, beggars and even seagulls - charity collectors.
Just because they're trying to get you to part with your money for a worthwhile cause instead of buying drink or drugs, they feel they can harass you without mercy.
One followed my wife the length of Brighton's Bond Street trying to bully her into signing up. This form of aggressive begging should be illegal.
