Rob Gasson was booed off stage at Komedia (The Argus, June 14) because his behaviour was, I think, wholly inappropriate and rude.

Part of the entertainment on a comedy night is audience participation but it seems some present did not fully understand how they were supposed to behave.

Talking through the whole of the show while sitting at the very front table was rude and ignorant - as the lady who did that was told a number of times by Mr Little.

Why Mr Gasson came to the lady's defence is beyond me and to get on stage and make a verbal attack on Mark Little for putting the woman in her place was foolish Mr Little makes a living from his wit and has a tremendous way with words.

To me, he appeared to be an intelligent and very funny man who was pushed too far.

Mr Little and his colleagues put on a great night's entertainment.

I haven't laughed so much in ages. It is very sad that audiences don't always understand the art of comedy.
