The arrogance of Mark Little's response in justifying his aggressive actions at Komedia disappoint but do not surprise me.

The man seems to have the maturity of a "gold fish" himself.

Having seen much comedy around the country, I have never witnessed such a lack of personal control on stage.

Heckling that night was virtually non-existent, bar the rise in noise at the insipid poetry of Curtis Tappenden.

Squirting the audience for a full half minute with a power water gun did not help.

My friends and I saw Mr Little's ongoing aggression at close quarters and the majority of the audience were not "drunk" as Mr Little claimed - as if that could justify his behaviour.

In no way were his actions "theatrical" but showed a sheer loss of personal control.

More intelligent comedians know how to deal with heckling, incorporating the disturbance into their act. By failing to accept any responsibility, Mr Little has lost much respect.

Everyone makes mistakes but the wisdom comes in accepting the choices and consequences of one's actions.

I am afraid it is the audience who grossly "overestimated" him as a comedian of interest. But commendations to Komedia on its handling of the situation.
