Brighton Rugby Club under-11s boys capped their best ever season by becoming Sussex Champions and reaching the quarter finals of the National Cup at Twickenham.
The team of Will Duffell, Kitto Onyett, Alexander Spurgeon, Charlie Malby, James Hawkins, Luke Payne and Nicholas Avery all go to Westdene School and have been playing together for two years.
Last season they were unbeaten, won the East Sussex Festival and were county champions after beating West Sussex festival winners Horsham.
This year has been even more successful. They won the Portsmouth United Services Festival, all games against other Sussex teams and had a 100 percent record on a tour to Cornwall, which included victory against county champions, Truro.
They recently retained their Sussex title and then drew against Lincoln at Twickenham in the National Cup.
