Durrington residents will get to hear about proposed changes to mental health services later this week.
Health chiefs are holding a fourth public meeting to discuss their plans to modernise services in the Adur, Arun and Worthing areas.
Plans include the permanent closure of Crescent House, an in-patient unit in Rustington, in favour of a wider range of community-based services.
Day care would be extended and a 24-hour crisis response team would be set up.
The plans have been developed by the care trust, the mental health commissioning team and West Sussex Health and Social Care NHS Trust.
The meeting will be held in the Chichester Room at Field Place, Durrington, on Friday from 7pm to 8.30pm.
