The finishing touches were being put to the South of England Show as thousands of farming fans descend on Sussex today.
Sheep and goats are back at the agricultural showcase this year for the first time since the foot and mouth crisis.
And special guests are also beating a path to the farm gates with Princess Alexandra due to add a ray of Royal sunshine to the show today.
Tomorrow, Prince Charles is due to make an appearance - which may explain why the extra pot plants are being brought in.
The show takes place today, tomorrow and Saturday at a showground in Ardingly.
