The Enterprise Agency Brighton, Hove and Lewes is helping people start businesses after long periods of unemployment.
Business Class II, which was piloted last year, will offer financial reviews, business courses, networking opportunities and a marketing bursary of £350.
Amy Bower, marketing manager for the South Coast Working Links, which helps the long-term unemployed back into work, said: "Last year exceeded our expectations and it is fantastic we are able to offer it again."
Businesses on the scheme include an architecture and design company, a fashion retailer and an IT training business.
Jessica Blake, contract manager for the Enterprise Agency, said: "The diversity of the clients makes this an exciting project to manage. Each new business needs an tailored package of support and the agency can provide that."
