Many pensioners would be out of breath simply cycling down the street but not 70-year-old Harry Featherstone, from Hailsham.
He gets up early every morning and is not content until he has completed a ride of 40 miles.
Getting on his bike daily is simply a chain reaction and never a vicious cycle for this remarkable old rider.
