A new guide to Brighton and Hove will soon be on sale in book stores.
The book, Juicy Breaks, gives information on several major UK cities.
It is aimed at people choosing to holiday at home rather than fly to their favourite European destinations.
The guide lists the hippest hotels and choicest restaurants and encourages visitors to get off the tourist trail.
The section on Brighton and Hove tells visitors about breakfasting in the North Laine, the best pubs in Hanover, and where to kite surf and paraglide.
It is illustrated throughout with watercolours by Sussex artist, Vicky Radkte.
