Hiromi Tanaka and Mai Suzuki, from Japan (Letters, March 14), are welcome to contact us direct and we will be pleased to provide them with a timetable for the bus service to the local area where they are now living to ensure they are not left stranded without knowing the time of the last bus.
We can also obtain details from them of occasions when the bus has not stopped so these can be investigated.
