County League division two leaders Eastbourne Town returned to winning ways with a 3-1 success away to promotion chasing Oakwood.
After losing their unbeaten record with back-to-back defeats, Eastbourne Town boss Dave Winterton demanded a positive response and his side responded with first-half goals from Gary Brockwell and Yemi Odubade (two). Gary Bidwell replied in second-half injury time.
Meanwhile, Rye and Iden United remain third after beating Pease Pottage 4-0 on Friday evening.
