Norman Cook has called in the police saying his phone is being tapped.
The DJ has been the centre of intense interest from national Press since his split with radio presenter Zoe Ball.
Yesterday, photographers were once again waiting outside his mansion on Hove seafront.
The heartbroken 39-year-old chart star said: "Someone has been tapping my phone and the police are involved."
Zoe, 32, who has been staying at their London flat, has admitted a relationship with musician Dan Peppe.
Earlier this week, Dan is believed to have sent text messages to Norman, also known as Fatboy Slim, explaining his actions.
