I am told by people who are long-time Brighton residents Pool Valley once had a decent appearance and a useful purpose. What became of that?
On a recent visit to Brighton and Hove, arriving by Jet Link, it was with surprise I found myself in a ghost town.
Not a welcome for visitors nor a pleasant place for locals to wait for the many buses.
In other words, the whole area is a disgrace. One wonders why, given the number of visitors to the city.
Come on, Brighton and Hove, smarten up - or put up a notice to the effect "Visitors need not apply".
