Suitable for a novice or experienced sailor, this application has levels of difficulty that can deliver both flat calm conditions and gale force winds.
The player is able to choose a boat from a series of four world-renowned classes, including Class America, Open 60, Offshore Racer and Melges 24.
The five courses are set in San Fransisco Bay, Auckland, Isle of Wight, Porto Ceurvo in Italy and Trinete sur Mer/Quiberon.
Players can choose their race style or just sail for fun.
This simulator is extremely realistic with superb graphics that accurately depict the troughs and swells of the waves and the effect of even the slightest puff of wind.
The sailing is just as good, with plenty of well-researched and challenging situations.
I thoroughly enjoyed the Skipper 2 experience.
