Haywards Heath ran their Intermediate Cup disappointment out of their systems by scoring eight tries back home at Whitemans Green.
Heath beat Thanet Wanderers 50-20 in London One and produced some superb flowing rugby in the process.
Skipper Alex Meredith admitted: "It was important to get back to winning ways.
"All the players were disappointed with last week's performance in the cup but we trained hard in the week and got our reward."
Henry Goodburn scored a hat-trick of tries and Stuart Charnley bagged 18 points with his two tries and four conversions.
Flanker Damien Lyall got one for the pack and there were also scores for centre Giles Goodburn and Vince Rolandi.
Andy Cook carved open the Thanet defence at will from full back and the hosts' only wobble was just after the break when Jon Graham was in the sin bin.
