I agree with Yvonne Nicholls. JoAnne Goode does seem to have lost the plot somewhat of late.

Last week, she was spitting blood that postal workers actually ask their clients - when serving them - "Would you like any stamps?"
JoAnne, it is a post office, after all, and I'm frequently damned glad when collecting my pension to be reminded that I do need to buy some.
