We ventured out for the first time to shop in Blatchington Road and George Street, Hove, since our beloved car park closed.
We were delighted, at last, to see a "P" sign, parked the car and went on our way for a carefree shopping trip.
On returning, we found a parking ticket for £60. Three cars in front were the same.
To our amazement, we were to pay and display. Please can NCP inform us innocent motorists? A sign on the box, "Pay and display", and not just a "P" sign.
